Pricing FAQ
What does "all chemicals included" mean?
Every chemical needed to keep your pool balanced and sanitized is included in your monthly rate—chlorine, pH adjusters, algaecides, stabilizer, and more. You will never receive a separate chemical bill.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No long-term contracts. We earn your business every month. You can pause or cancel service at any time with no penalties.
What determines whether I need Standard or Premium?
Standard is ideal for most residential pools. Premium is recommended for pools with heavy tree coverage, salt systems, older equipment, or homeowners who want the highest level of proactive care and priority scheduling.
Do you charge extra for large pools?
Pool size can affect pricing. Pools over 25,000 gallons or pools with specialty features (grottos, infinity edges, attached spas) may require a custom quote. Contact us for details.
Are equipment repairs included?
Routine maintenance and inspections are included. If a repair is needed, we diagnose the issue during your regular visit and provide a transparent quote before any work begins. Premium members get one free emergency callout per year.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Standard to Premium (or switch to a Custom plan) at any time. Just let us know and we will adjust your service the following visit.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes! One-time cleanings, green-to-clean services, and seasonal openings/closings are available. Check our Custom tier or request a quote for one-time pricing.
