How much does pool service cost?
Our pricing depends on pool size, service frequency (2-4x per month), and specific needs. Unlike competitors, ALL CHEMICALS ARE INCLUDED in our pricing—no surprise charges or retail upselling. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your pool.
Are chemicals included in your pricing?
Yes! This is one of our key differentiators. All pool chemicals (chlorine, pH balancers, algaecides, etc.) are included in your service price. You'll never get a separate chemical bill or be upsold products at our retail counter—because we don't have one. Just honest, transparent pricing.
Do you offer different service plans?
Yes, we offer flexible weekly service plans including 2x, 3x, and 4x per month options. We'll help you choose the right frequency based on your pool's size, usage, tree coverage, and your preferences.
Service Details
What's included in weekly pool service?
Our comprehensive service includes: water testing and chemical balancing, skimming and netting, vacuuming, brushing walls and steps, emptying baskets, cleaning tile line, filter maintenance, equipment inspection, and detailed service reports. All chemicals are included.
How long does each service visit take?
Most maintenance visits take 45-60 minutes, depending on pool size and condition. We never rush—quality service requires proper attention to detail.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, you don't need to be home. Most clients give us gate access so we can service their pool while they're at work. We're respectful of your property and pet-friendly.
Qualifications & Experience
What is CPO certification and why does it matter?
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) is a nationally recognized certification covering advanced pool chemistry, equipment operation, safety, and maintenance techniques. It means I have professional-level expertise—not just basic pool cleaning skills. This certification ensures your pool is maintained to the highest standards.
How long have you been in business?
I have over 10 years of professional pool maintenance experience serving the DFW area. As an owner-operated business, I personally service every pool with consistent, expert care.

Yes, we carry all required licenses and insurance for your protection and peace of mind.
Winter Service
Do I need pool service in winter?
YES! This is one of the biggest misconceptions in Texas. Winter service is essential for: freeze protection (North Texas gets 20-30 freeze days), algae prevention (algae grows year-round in Texas), equipment longevity, and avoiding costly spring repairs. We offer year-round service to protect your investment.
What happens if my pool freezes?
If you have a maintenance account with us, we monitor weather closely and provide freeze protection service before cold snaps. We'll adjust settings, run pumps as needed, and protect equipment. Same-day emergency service is available for maintenance customers.
Can I skip winter service and just restart in spring?
You can, but it usually costs more. Pools neglected all winter often develop green water, algae blooms, staining, and equipment issues. Spring recovery can cost $300-$500+. Winter maintenance typically costs less than $120/month and prevents these problems.
Emergency Service
Do you offer emergency pool repair?
Yes! Maintenance account holders receive same-day emergency repair service. This includes pump failures, equipment breakdowns, major leaks, and other urgent issues. We prioritize our maintenance customers because we're already familiar with their pools.
What qualifies as a pool emergency?
True emergencies include: pump or filter failure, major equipment malfunction, significant leaks, electrical issues, freeze damage, or green water before a planned event. We respond same-day for maintenance customers.
Do you have after-hours service?
24/7 emergency service is available for maintenance account holders. Call 817-915-3266 for emergency situations.
Service Area
Do you service my area?
We service a 25-mile radius from Rhome, TX (76078). This includes Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Keller, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Argyle, Flower Mound, and many more DFW communities. Contact us to confirm we service your specific location.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fees within our standard 25-mile service area. Transparent pricing means no hidden charges.
